Neet-Vasant means Spring Forever; the Company was founded in August-2017 with an aim to serve Energy Sector from SUN to EARTH (Renewables & Conventional energy sectors).

The company provides solutions to Solar PV, Biogas / Bio-CNG, Oil & Gas (CGD, CNG, PNG, LNG, LCNG) and aims to add other sectors like Wind, EV in its business portfolio.

Founder Mr. Darshan Soni is a Mechanical Engineer from Saurashtra University (2005-09), pursued PGDM in Petroleum Management from India’s premium petroleum university PDPU (2013-15), Certifications in Operations Management from IIM-Bangalore (2016) & Projects Management from University of Adelaide (2016).

Mr. Soni possesses 8.5+ years of experience in downstream Oil & Gas Industry & prior founding Neet-Vasant he has been working with India’s largest natural gas distribution company & a Govt. of Gujarat Undertaking for 7.5+ years. He was managing CNG business for nearly 6.5 years including CNG Construction projects, CNG stations operations & Maintenance, CNG Trucks Fleet Management (230 trucks, largest in India) and CNG Cylinder cascades Re-testing (400+ cascades, largest in India). For 1+ years, he was engaged in Pipeline & PNG projects and O&M at India’s largest single location natural gas consumption location, Morbi.
